For those who are on a diet but want to eat soy sauce chicken. You can use Bango light soy sauce. Because Bango Light is sweet soy sauce with 30% lower sugar for a delicious and healthier dish.

Ingredients Bango
500 gr chicken breast cut into several pieces
2 tbsp margarine for sauteing
1/2 onion, diced
2 large red chilies, remove seeds, cut diagonally
2 cloves shallots
2 cloves garlic
5 cm galangal, bruised
1 tomato
3 tbsp Bango light soy sauce / to taste
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
75 ml water

How to Make
1-Clean the chicken. Then coat the chicken with lime + salt. Marinate for -/+ 30 minutes.
2-Then fry the marinated chicken until browned. Set aside
3-Heat margarine in a frying pan. Saute onion, garlic, red onion, and chili until fragrant.
4-Then add tomatoes, galangal, sweet soy sauce, and pepper. Stir well
5-Add fried chicken and water, cook until the spices are absorbed. Then remove and serve
